As we enter our next stage of growth, we're seeking a Co-Founder (Business & Growth) who will play a key leadership role in scaling the business while making a strategic financial investment in the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead PlayGeet's business growth and expansion strategy.
- Build partnerships with artists, labels, publishers, managers, and music industry organizations.
- Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic alliances.
- Represent PlayGeet at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.
- Support fundraising initiatives and investor relations.
- Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams.
- Work closely with the CEO to define and execute the company's long-term vision.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business development, startups, SaaS, music, technology, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building high-growth startups.
- Ability to commit long-term as a founding team member.




- Strong professional network in the startup or music industry is a plus.

Investment This is a Co-Founder position that requires a strategic financial investment in PlayGeet.

Candidates must be willing to invest in the company as part of joining the founding team. The investment will accelerate product development, marketing, business expansion, and team growth.

In return, the selected Co-Founder will receive equity based on:
