Co-Founder – Agentic AI Engineer solartoall.com | Solar + AI Startup solartoall.com is an early-stage Solar + AI startup with a vision to make solar energy more accessible, intelligent, and decentralized.

I am looking for a Co-Founder – Agentic AI Engineer who can lead the development of AI agents and autonomous workflows that connect solar customers, installers, manufacturers, and other ecosystem partners.

What You’ll Build

As the Agentic AI Co-Founder, you will work on building the AI intelligence layer of solartoall.com, including:

- AI agents that understand customer solar requirements and guide them through the buying journey.
- Autonomous agents that identify, qualify, and match customers with suitable solar installers.
- Installer-side agents for lead management, quotation workflows, follow-ups, and customer engagement.
- AI-powered solar product and technology recommendation systems.
- Multi-agent workflows connecting customers, installers, manufacturers, and suppliers.
- AI automation for lead qualification, sales, customer support, and marketplace operations.
- Integration of LLMs with APIs, databases, CRM systems, WhatsApp, email, and other business tools.
- Long-term development of an Agentic AI platform for the solar and distributed-energy ecosystem.

Who I’m Looking For Someone with solid interest or experience in areas such as:
- Agentic AI and autonomous AI systems

- LLM applications
- Multi-agent architectures

- RAG and knowledge systems

- AI workflow automation

- Python / backend development

- APIs and tool calling





- Vector databases
- AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar technologies
- Cloud deployment and scalable AI infrastructure

Experience in solar energy is not mandatory. I bring the renewable/solar-energy domain expertise; I am looking for a technical co-founder who can bring deep AI engineering capabilities. This Is a Co-Founder Role

This is not a salaried position at this stage.

solartoall.com is currently at the early startup-building stage. I am assembling a founding team across different domains to turn the vision into a scalable company.

On forming the company, equity will be divided among the co-founders based on roles, responsibilities, contribution, commitment, and mutual agreement.

Co-founders should also be prepared to invest some of their own savings initially to help build and validate the business until external funding or sufficient revenue is secured.

The Bigger Vision The initial focus is to build an AI-powered solar marketplace and agentic platform connecting customers, installers, and manufacturers.

From there, the vision is to expand into:

Solar Marketplace → Agentic Solar Platform → Solar AI Software → Plug-and-Play Software for Solar-Powered Devices → Solar + AI Hardware → Solar-Powered AI/Data-Center Infrastructure
