- Solid knowledge of CNC machining processes and manufacturing practices
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T;
- Knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, and fixture concepts
- Familiarity with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens
- Understanding of quality inspection instruments including Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, and CMM concepts
- Knowledge of ISO quality systems, TPM, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen

Knowledge of Software Programming like Powermill, Mastercam, NX etc. (POWERMILL Preferable)

- Supervise daily operations of CNC machining centers, VMC, VTL and CNC lathes
- Ensure production targets are achieved with optimum machine utilization
- Coordinate first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks
- Monitor tool life
- Train and mentor CNC operators and technicians
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts when required
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment

Pay: ₹11,775.84 - ₹35,229.28 per month
