1 Machine Operation Set up and operate CNC machines Router Lathe Milling Laser customise as required Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment Run machine operations as per program settings and job order Monitor machine during operations to ensure accuracy and precision 2 Program Handling Read and interpret technical drawings CAD files and CNC programs Make minor adjustments to machine settings as required Report any programming errors or issues to the programmer engineer 3 Quality Control Measure finished products using tools like Vernier caliper micrometer gauges etc Ensure all components are within tolerance and meet quality standards Reject or rework defective pieces with proper documentation 4 Maintenance Safety Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance Report breakdowns or unusual machine behavior Follow all shop-floor safety rules PPE guidelines and 5S practices 5 Documentation Reporting Maintain daily production logs and machine usage reports Record quantities produced errors and downtime Communicate production status to the supervisor Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
