Role Summary:

The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines (Fanuc / Mazak controls) to produce high-precision components as per engineering drawings and quality standards. The role requires robust understanding of tooling, measurement, machine offsets, and adherence to safety and production guidelines.

Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC machines with Fanuc / Mazak controls.
- Monitor tool condition; identify worn-out or broken tools.
- Perform tool changes and take tool/work offsets independently.
- Inspect machined parts using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, etc.).
- Read engineering drawings and maintain required tolerances.
- Maintain production records, follow safety and 5S practices.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and report issues.

Requirements:

- ITI Turner/DME/SSC PLUS CNC Course (Mechanical/Machinist).
- Hands-on CNC operating experience.
- Strong measurement and drawing-reading skills.
