- Experience in managing incidents / technical issues related to cloud/containers platforms that run at scale
- Investigate and resolve issues affecting production setting with SLAs
- Define and manage telemetry requirements for managing and operating a Platform: integrations health, management plane health, alerting other teams for remediation e.g. cloud platform teams, manage Wiz updates and patches for HSBC consumers
- Experience in deploying Wiz CNAPP or similar security platform on GCP, AWS, Azure, AliCloud platforms as well as Kubernetes Platforms hosted Bare metal/VMware.
- Design, implement and maintain logging and monitoring process for the Wiz environments.
- Maintain documentation to support Wiz adopters and adherence to HSBC internal controls.
- Monitor use of Wiz components e.g. DeamonSet versions to ensure that they are aligned with Wiz Vendor recommendations.
- Support developers with troubleshooting to identify why Wiz components are not operating as planned.
- Support integration efforts with downstream reporting tools by provisioning and maintaining service accounts and APIs catalogue needed.
