Job Summary The Deputy Manager Fa ade Execution Works is responsible for supervising and managing in office fa ade installation activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications and quality standards. The role involves close coordination with design teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities 1. Site Execution & Supervision

- Oversee day-to-day fa ade installation works at site (curtain wall, glazing, cladding, etc.).
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, method statements, and project timelines.
- Monitor site progress and resolve execution-related issues promptly.

2. Planning & Coordination

- Coordinate with design, structural, and MEP teams for seamless integration.
- Prepare micro-level execution plans, work schedules, and look-ahead programs.
- Ensure availability of drawings, materials, and manpower ahead of execution.

3. Fa ade Systems Management

- Supervise installation of:
- Curtain wall systems (unitized & semi-unitized)
- Structural glazing
- Aluminum & glass fa ades
- ACP/HPL/stone cladding systems
- Louvers, skylights, and canopies

- Ensure alignment, tolerances, and weatherproofing standards are maintained.

4. Quality Control (QA/QC)

- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor workmanship, sealing, and finishing quality.
- Raise and close snag lists; ensure defect-free execution.

5. Vendor & Contractor Management

- Supervise fa ade contractors, fabricators, and installers.
- Track vendor performance and ensure adherence to timelines and quality.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to site safety standards, especially for high-rise fa ade works.
- Implement safe working practices (scaffolding, gondola operations, lifting).
- Comply with local regulations and project safety protocols.

7. Billing & Documentation

- Verify contractor bills based on work progress.
- Maintain daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.
- Track material consumption and wastage.

8. Testing & Handover

- Coordinate fa ade testing (water tightness, air infiltration, structural performance).
- Support final inspections and project handover.
- Ensure all documentation and approvals are completed.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Architecture.
- 6 10 years of experience in fa ade execution or building envelope works.
- Hands-on experience in high-rise or commercial fa ade projects preferred.
