Roles and Responsibilities

1. Sales and Target Achievement

Drive home loan Mortgage disbursement and login volumes as per the assigned targets.

- Expand business reach by identifying new sourcing opportunities and market segments

- Team Leadership

- Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers, Relationship Officers, Relationship Manager and Coordinators.

- Allocate targets, track daily performance, and conduct periodic reviews.

- Provide on-field support and mentoring to boost team productivity.

3.Channel and BOI Branch Management

- Collaborate with Bank of India branches for sourcing leads and increasing business volume.

- Manage and grow relationships with Channel partner, connectors, and real estate partners, builders etc.

4.Credit and Documentation Coordination

- Ensure accurate and complete file documentation before login.

- Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for timely sanction and disbursement.

5.Portfolio Quality and Compliance





- Monitor sourcing quality to minimize delinquencies and rejections.

- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal lending policies.

- Assist in resolving audit queries and maintaining regulatory standards.

6.Customer Focus

- Maintain high service standards for customers throughout the loan process.

- Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction to drive referral business.

Job Specific Skills

- Strong knowledge of home loan products, market trends, and lending policies.

- Excellent team management and leadership capabilities.

- Positive understanding of credit assessment and documentation procedures.

- Effective communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

- Proficient in MS Office tools, loan origination systems, and CRM software.
