– Cluster Owner – Print Line Maintenance (TopCon Solar Cell Manufacturing) Department: Maintenance & Engineering Reporting To: Maintenance HOD / Operation Head Location: Narmada Puram, Madhya Pradesh Experience: 10–14 Years Industry: Solar Cell Manufacturing Job Summary Responsible for end-to-end maintenance of the Screen-Printing Line, including printing machines, drying ovens, and firing furnaces, from Greenfield project execution through production ramp-up and stable manufacturing. Ensure maximum equipment uptime, print quality, throughput, and equipment reliability by managing preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, automation systems, spare parts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Greenfield & Project Execution - Lead installation, commissioning, qualification, and acceptance of Print Line equipment.

- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, SOPs, checklists, and spare parts planning.
- Establish maintenance systems for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, robotics, PLC, motors, drives, pumps, sensors, and automation equipment.
- Support production ramp-up by ensuring equipment readiness and process stability.
- Train maintenance teams on equipment operation,



robotics, PLC troubleshooting, and safety practices.

Plant

Operations - Ensure high equipment uptime, print quality, and production throughput.

- Troubleshoot printing machines, conveyors, alignment systems, robots, PLCs, motors, drives, pumps, sensors, drying ovens, and firing furnaces.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, predictive maintenance, and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, and Quality teams for process optimization and recent product trials.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards for high-temperature furnaces, UV curing systems, and chemical handling.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10–12 maintenance engineers and technicians.

Qualifications - B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent.

- 10–14 years of maintenance experience in Screen Printing/Metallization equipment within Solar Cell, Semiconductor, or Electronics manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, robotics, automation, motors, drives, pumps, pneumatics, sensors, and furnace systems.
