The Cluster Manager is responsible for overseeing business operations, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team management across multiple branches or partner locations within an assigned cluster. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, ensuring operational excellence, and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of multiple branches/partner locations within the assigned cluster.

- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

- Recruit, train, mentor, and monitor branch managers and field teams.

- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.





- Develop business expansion strategies and identify current market opportunities.

- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, clients, and key stakeholders.

- Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and performance reviews.

- Resolve customer escalations and operational issues promptly.

- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and business performance reports for management.

- Coordinate with marketing, HR, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
