More than 2-3 Yr of EUS support experience in handling Desktop/Laptop/Printers, OS and applications should have EUC experience in handling 100-200 users/IT assets or equivalent Site.
Should be ready to work at weekends and field support (nearby stores)
Should be aware of Basic Networking concepts (IP, Router, Switches, Cabling)
Good Knowledge of Email client setup (Outlook), MS Office, Adobe, Browser.
Positive Troubleshooting skills
Regular and presentable.
A+ Hardware, Certification and Training on IT Hardware/OS would be advantage
