Role: Cloud Service Delivery Manager (4 yrs)

- Candidate must have exp as a Azure Cloud Service Delivery Manager
- Current position should be Service Delivery Manager
- Must have IT Exp in recent projects

Overview:

- Tracking and overseeing the end to end delivery of all Azure cloud services within defined SLA / KPI. This position will ensure the ongoing delivery cloud-based solutions that will fulfill the technical and service requirements of ManpowerGroup

NP: Immediate joiners to 1 month

Experience

- 4+ years' experience of working as a Service Manager with experiencing liaising with internal customers and upstream vendors
- Experience within an IT Service Management role developing IT processes, information flow, associated reports, and applications for defined service domain
- Experience of delivering services that meet the business need and are delivered in accordance with agreed business requirements, and managing the service lifecycle




- Proven leadership ability with interpersonal skills and team building skills
- Practical experience in an Azure Cloud Managed Services business
- Practical experience engaging with DevOps teams, tooling and practices
- Proven track record in successful project execution
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with risk management

Education Qualifications

- Should have a bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, electronics, or telecommunications.
- Should have relevant Azure foundation certifications.

NOTE: Candidate Must have Azure Cloud Exp, Who managed infra projects and having exp in Service management, operation management and IT Service Management.
