Lead the development and execution of migration plans ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.

Monitor migration progress and troubleshoot issues proactively to maintain project timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO Administration.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud Compute Services.

Robust understanding of cloud infrastructure and migration methodologies.

Ability to design scalable and high-performance cloud solutions.

Experience in managing application and data migration projects.

Familiarity with private and public cloud environments and their integration.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TIBCO Administration.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
