Role Description The Cloud + DevOps Instructor role is a full time, on-site position based in Greater Noida. The instructor will design and deliver curriculum focused on cloud computing and DevOps concepts, tools, and best practices, using a mix of lectures, hands-on labs, and project-based learning.

Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching to diverse learner groups, evaluating assignments, providing feedback, and mentoring learners on practical implementation of CI/CD, automation, and cloud-native architectures.



The role also involves staying current with industry trends, aligning content with the platform’s hackathons and innovation-focused programs, and collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Information Technology, including cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tooling.
- Demonstrated Teaching, Training, and Lecturing experience, preferably in technical or engineering disciplines.
- Hands-on Software Development background with exposure to modern development practices, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to create structured course content, design practical lab exercises, and assess learner progress effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in cloud or DevOps are an advantage.
- Experience working with or mentoring students, early-career professionals, or bootcamp participants is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven workplace and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
