Qualification & Experience

Mandatory

- MBBS
- MBA from a Premier Institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, FMS, global B-schools, or equivalent)

Preferred Experience

- 5-15 years of experience in:
- Healthcare strategy
- Consulting
- Leadership office / CEOs office
- Hospital management / healthcare corporate roles
- Exposure to multi-unit healthcare systems is a robust plus

Location: Chennai/ Delhi Roles & Responsbilities

- Contribute to medical CAPEX planning and clinical strategy, including development and execution of national and key unit-level clinical programs, driving strategic direction, standardization of clinical practices, and overall medical function performance across the network.
- Lead and drive clinical quality, patient safety, and service excellence initiatives across the unit,



ensuring adherence to national and international accreditation standards, while enhancing patient experience and clinical outcomes.
- Drive priority quality initiatives including OT optimization, medication safety, Endosafe implementation, and alignment of clinical pharmacology practices across units.
- Lead clinical audits, peer reviews, and structured quality improvement initiatives, ensuring closure of gaps and sustained improvements.
- Actively engage with the Medical Function network across units to drive standardization, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in clinical quality and patient safety.
