Client Relationship

Management · Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, Business Heads, Program Directors, and Transformation Leaders. · Drive executive governance and strategic account reviews.



· Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell across consulting and managed services portfolios. Practice &

• Capability Development · Contribute to the growth of Business Analysis, UAT, and PMO practices. · Develop reusable offerings, accelerators, methodologies, and go-to-market assets. · Support competency development and mentor team members. · Participate in industry forums and thought leadership initiatives.
