ROLE OVERVIEW

You'll be the engine behind client accounts — coordinating seamlessly between clients, creative teams, and vendors to ensure flawless delivery at every touchpoint.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

– Manage day-to-day client communication and servicing

– Translate briefs into explicit internal action points

– Coordinate with creative,



production & vendor teams

– Track deliverables, timelines and event milestones

– Support pitch decks, proposals & budget trackers

– Attend client meetings, events, and on-ground activations

WHO YOU ARE

– 5-8 years in an agency or event setup

– Sharp communicator — written and verbal

– Highly organized with a keen eye for detail

– Thrives under deadlines without losing calm

– Genuinely excited about brands and live experiences
