We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Service join our Treasury Services Client Services team. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRID.

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Provide support on monitoring and reporting for risk and control activities, ensuring the departments adherence to the standards set forth
- Assist with departmental finances, including forecasting projections, developing travel budget model, and reporting
- Provide high-level of responsiveness to adhoc requests related to project management, presentation development and business analysis
- Project manage and deliver on key work streams and tasks
- Coordinate team activities and prepare material for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions
- Maintain robust partnerships with internal partners & management staff
- Meet target objectives (performance, behavior, productivity & risk); achieve training journey requirements
- Uphold documentation and procedure standards

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:




- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience (Banking/Financial) is required
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred
- Self-motivated with client focus centricity and lean thought process
- Solid communication skills; written, verbal and effective listening skills
- Ability to be cross-fungible and multitask under pressure
- Able to adapt to changing environment and business needs
