Role

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to manage day-to-day coordination with the client, ensure smooth execution of digital campaigns, and act as the bridge between the client and internal/media teams.

Key Responsibilities

*Act as the primary point of contact for the client and manage day-to-day communication.

*Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal and media teams for timely execution.

*Prepare and review digital media plans.

*Monitor campaign dashboards and understand key metrics such as CTR, Reach, Impressions, CPM, CPC, CPL, and Conversions.

*Present and explain campaign performance reports to the client, providing clear insights and addressing queries.

*Track deliverables, approvals, timelines,



and ensure smooth campaign execution.

Requirements

*Minimum 1 years of client servicing experience in a digital marketing or media agency.

*Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms, media planning, reporting dashboards, and campaign metrics.

*Good communication skills in English are required.

*Must be willing to work from the office on a daily basis.

*Prior experience working with Government/Government PSU clients will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
