Location: Delhi (Hybrid)
Experience: 2+ years
Responsibilities
Curating and sharing daily newsletters with clients
Respond promptly to client queries and coordinate internally for resolutions
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth workflow and timely updates
Analyze media coverage and assess sentiment for client impact
Track campaign performance and derive actionable insights
Prepare reports, presentations, and client-ready deliverables
Maintain and manage client databases
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field
Experience in client servicing, media research, or similar roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace
Experience in media monitoring or PR
