We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our textile and apparel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, ensuring timely order coordination, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills to enhance client satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Candidates with experience in textiles, apparel, garment manufacturing, or B2B client servicing will be preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations.
- Assist in sales administration tasks such as lead management, payment follow-ups, and query management.
- Offer marketing support to drive business growth through inside sales strategies.
