Role Title: Client Growth Visits Facilitator Senior Manager (CL6)
Role Summary
Leads the design and facilitation of high-impact client engagements, ensuring visits are structured, outcome-driven, and aligned to client priorities. Partners closely with account teams, business leaders, and subject matter experts to shape discussions that advance relationships, opportunities, and strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Visit Strategy & Facilitation Lead planning and facilitation of executive client workshops and strategic visit experiences Design agendas, discussion flows, and engagement formats aligned to client objectives Tailor visit experiences to account priorities, industry context, and stakeholder expectations
Stakeholder Alignment Partner with account teams, business leadership, and SMEs to curate relevant content and experiences Ensure alignment across all participants before, during, and after client engagements Serve as a trusted advisor to teams on workshop and visit strategy
Experience Excellence Drive consistency and quality across visit planning and facilitation practices Embed industry-leading facilitation techniques and engagement methodologies Continuously enhance visit effectiveness through feedback and lessons learned
Team Leadership Coach and develop Facilitators and Program Support resources Establish best practices, playbooks, and standards across the facilitator network Support capability building and knowledge sharing across locations
Commercial Impact Ensure visits are linked to clear business outcomes and actionable next steps Support account teams in capturing opportunities and follow-through actions emerging from visits
Qualifications Robust experience facilitating executive workshops, client engagements, or transformation programs Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex environments Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Experience working across business, technology, and operations teams
