Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Handling & Business Development Executive to manage client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and coordinate with the digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a basic understanding of digital marketing and creative processes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Handling

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

- Understand client requirements and prepare detailed project briefs.

- Coordinate with the design, content, and performance marketing teams.

- Share campaign updates, reports, and progress with clients.

- Handle client queries, feedback, and revisions professionally.

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Business Development

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.

- Conduct client meetings and presentations.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.





- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.

- Develop partnerships and referral opportunities.

Creative Knowledge

- Review creatives before sharing them with clients.

- Coordinate creative requirements with designers.

- Suggest improvements in ad creatives, captions, and marketing campaigns.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 0–1 years of experience in client servicing, business development, or digital marketing.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

- Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.

- Familiarity with Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients efficiently.

Pay: ₹11,588.98 - ₹20,000.00 per month
