- Develop and execute strategies for recent client acquisition, retention, and renewals to drive revenue growth.

- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell products/services to existing clients through effective communication and relationship building.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to develop targeted campaigns for new business development.

- Analyze client feedback and market trends to improve overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.

- Strong understanding of client acquisition, retention, and renewal processes.

- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients.

- Ability to analyze data to identify areas for improvement in sales performance.
