- Candidates Should have a valuable knowledge on DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, ansible, chef, Jenkins, Puppet, Maven etc.
- Up to date knowledge of IT skills and software packages.
- Designing the Course modules as per the skills needed.
- Mandatory to have training experience.
- Develop and deliver engaging classroom-based training programs on various DevOps tools, methodologies, and best practices. (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), Infrastructure as Code (IaC))
- Utilize a mix of instructional methods like lectures, hands-on labs, simulations, and group discussions to promote active learning and knowledge retention.
- Clearly explain complex DevOps concepts in a way that is understandable to those with varying technical backgrounds.
