Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate with architects on layouts, drawings, and BOQs for STEP centers.
- Supervise civil and interior execution activities at project sites.
- Monitor quality and progress of civil, electrical, painting, flooring, partition, and branding work.
- Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
- Verify BOQs, vendor bills, invoices, and support Purchase Order (PO) processes.
- Conduct regular site inspections, documentation, and project progress reviews.
- Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Resolve on-site execution challenges independently and effectively.




- Track project milestones and report progress for multiple STEP centers across India.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in civil site execution or interior projects.
- Ability to understand architectural drawings and BOQs.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD/layout drawings is an added advantage.
- Robust communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India (2+ weeks per month).
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
