Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Allahabad.

The Civil

Engineer will support the planning, design, and execution of power transmission and renewable energy infrastructure projects, including foundations, substations, and related civil works. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings and calculations, assisting with site layout, and coordinating with structural, electrical, and project management teams. The role involves conducting site inspections, monitoring construction quality and safety, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards,



and client specifications.

The Civil

Engineer will also contribute to project documentation, progress reporting, and support procurement and contractors with clear technical inputs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid civil engineering fundamentals, including structural analysis, concrete and steel design, and knowledge of geotechnical principles.
- Candidates should possess skills in construction supervision, site inspection, quality control, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, structural design software) and be comfortable interpreting drawings and technical specifications.
- Candidates should possess project coordination skills, including documentation, reporting, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and time management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience in power transmission, substations, or renewable energy civil works is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with site personnel, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site in Allahabad and visit project locations as required.
