Responsibilities

- Develop project schedules, resource allocation plans, and ensure timely execution of civil works.

- Review and interpret structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

- Monitor construction activities, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Conduct inspections, verify materials, and ensure adherence to codes and standards.

- Enforce HSE protocols, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems.

- Liaise with architects, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues.

- Prepare daily progress reports, inspection records, and handover documentation.

- Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and recommend cost-saving measures.

- Identify construction challenges and propose practical engineering solutions.





- Suggest innovations in construction methods and materials for efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech).

- Minimum 10+ years experience in construction projects (infrastructure, buildings, or civil works).

Skills & Competencies

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, and MS Project/Primavera.

- Solid knowledge of IS codes, ACI, ASTM, and local building regulations.

- Ability to manage teams and coordinate multi-disciplinary projects.

- Effective communication and reporting skills.
