e are looking for a dedicated and proactive Civil Site Engineer to manage day-to-day construction activities at our project site in Jamnagar. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, timely completion of work, safety compliance, and effective coordination with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within scheduled timelines.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.

- Verify and execute RCC, finishing, masonry, and structural works.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.

- Conduct site inspections and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR).

- Verify measurements and quantities for billing and work certification.

- Ensure availability of materials, manpower, and equipment at site.

- Identify and resolve technical issues during execution.

- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and site housekeeping standards.

- Coordinate with the planning and procurement teams for smooth project execution.

- Maintain site documentation, inspection records, and material registers.





- Attend project review meetings and submit progress updates to management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and civil construction practices.

- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.

- Familiarity with BOQ, quantity estimation, and billing.

- Valuable communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

- Knowledge of quality control procedures and construction safety standards.

- Experience in contractor management and project coordination.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
