About Role: We are looking for an experienced City Sales Head to lead our Chennai business and build strong partnerships with premium real estate developers.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business growth and achieve revenue targets for the Chennai market.

- Build and manage relationships with CXOs and decision-makers of leading real estate developers.

- Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close high-value business opportunities.

- Own the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to account growth.

- Lead and mentor the city sales team.

- Represent REPP Tech at industry events and strengthen the company's market presence.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent client delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10–15+ years of sales experience with strong exposure to the real estate industry.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital marketing, branding, or advertising agency.





- Proven experience working with premium real estate developers in Chennai.

- Strong network within Chennai's real estate ecosystem.

- Successful track record in B2B sales, team leadership, and revenue growth.

- Valuable understanding of digital marketing solutions and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
