You will be our first person on the ground in the Mangalore–Moodbidri–Udupi corridor, reporting directly to the founder.

1. Build and lead the service provider network

- Recruit suitable companions through colleges, homemaker groups, retired-teacher associations and community networks
- Run the full vetting process: application screening, in-person interviews, reference checks, police verification and training
- Deliver induction training and mentor the team on an ongoing basis

2. Onboard elders and families

- Conduct the elder consent conversation in Kannada or Tulu before any service begins
- Match each elder to the right companion on language, location, gender preference and shared interests
- Personally lead the first introduction visit with the family joining by video call

3. Run daily operations

- Build and manage the weekly visit schedule; confirm every visit in advance with both parties
- Verify visit check-ins and review every visit report for quality before it reaches the family
- Coordinate birthday and festival celebrations with local vendors

4. Quality, safety and reporting





- Own the emergency and escalation protocol; report incidents immediately
- Maintain accurate records on Google Sheets and Forms; protect all family and elder data
- Send a daily written update to the founder and attend a weekly video review call

5. Local outreach

- Open relationships with senior-citizen forums, resident associations, community committees, clubs and alumni networks to build local awareness

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Graduate, any discipline
2. 2-5+ years in a field-based, community-facing or target-carrying role (NGO, microfinance, insurance, hospital/hotel front office, education admin)
3. Fluent English, Kannada and Tulu; and preferred Malayalam, Beary and other language expertise.
4. Preferred Own two-wheeler + valid license; smartphone; comfortable with Google Forms/Sheets and WhatsApp Business
5. Resident of the corridor (Mangalore, Moodbidri, Udupi, Manipal); willing to complete police verification
6. Genuine patience with elderly people
