About the Role

SBOSS is expanding its operational footprint and seeks to appoint Assistant Executives across key regional circles.

Each Assistant

Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the Territory Manager and Circle Manager in executing operational, sales, and customer engagement activities at the local level.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day operational activities within the assigned circle
- Ensure timely execution of processes and coordination with internal teams
- Maintain operational efficiency and compliance with company standards
- Sales & Calling Activities
- Execute field and tele-calling sales activities
- Generate leads,



follow up with prospects, and assist in conversions
- Contribute to achieving defined sales targets
- Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain records of daily activities, sales, and performance metrics
- Share regular updates with reporting managers
- Provide local market insights and feedback

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Sales / Operations / Customer Engagement
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in local language(s) is mandatory
- Knowledge of MS WORD, Excel & PowerPoint is must should be proficient in creating MIS.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and tools preferred
