We help brands build strong visual identities and engaging digital presences across social media, web, and paid advertising.

Role Overview We're looking for a Cinematic Video Editor who can transform raw footage into scroll-stopping, high-retention Instagram Reels. You'll work closely with our content, social media, and brand teams to craft visually striking short-form videos that feel premium, story-driven, and on-brand for each client.

Key Responsibilities - Edit Instagram Reels with a cinematic, high-production feel — pacing, color grading, sound design, and transitions that hook viewers in the first 2 seconds

- Collaborate with the content/social team to align edits with brand tone, campaign goals, and platform trends
- Sync music, SFX, and voiceovers to match mood and rhythm of each reel
- Apply color correction/grading for a consistent, polished visual style across client accounts
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, and subtle VFX where needed
- Stay on top of Reels trends, transitions, and editing styles to keep content fresh and competitive




- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality
- Organize and archive raw footage, project files, and final exports efficiently Requirements - 2–3+ years of experience editing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) — portfolio/reel required
- Strong command of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro (After Effects a plus)
- Solid understanding of pacing, sound design, and visual storytelling for social-first content
- An eye for color grading and cinematic visual language
- Familiarity with Instagram/Reels trends, formats, and algorithm behavior
- Ability to take direction and iterate quickly based on feedback
- Positive time management — comfortable juggling multiple brands/projects at once Nice to Have - Experience editing content for fitness, lifestyle, F&B;, or D2C brands
- Basic shooting/BTS experience (helps with understanding raw footage context)
