JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY

We are looking for a qualified applicant who can join our team and contribute to the company's mission of empowering children from an early age through age-appropriate educational programs. The candidate must possess the skills to equip children with the knowledge they need to safeguard themselves against the risks of abuse, bullying, violence, or exploitation.

REQUIREMENTS - Masters in Psychology (Clinical/Educational/ Counselling)

- Conduct training sessions for educators, children & parents.
- Deliver age-specific child safety programs.
- Planning & Creating Content
- Creating good quality presentations (Use of Canva)
- Planning & Delivering Interactive school sessions.
- Analyse, guide and assist children during sessions.
- Be alert to the specific needs of children while delivering programs.
- Create a supportive and positive training environment.




- While delivering programs, maintain Hapchi standards.

SKILLS

- Passionate about interacting with and teaching children
- Good Communication Skills
- Must possess a calm and resilient personality
- Ability to build relationships with children and parents.
- Solid listening skills and the ability to deal with sensitive situations.
- Confidence and good judgement to manage queries/ situations.
- Enthusiastic approach in leading workshops/ sessions
- Adopt a variety of session-conducting strategies
- Dedicated in the well being and safeguarding of children
