We are seeking a skilled, passionate Chinese CDP Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team at Carnivale, our 300 seater theme-based restaurant in Noida/NCR. In this role, you will be the master of all Chinese cuisine sections — responsible for executing authentic, flavorful dishes while maintaining high-speed service standards. Key Responsibilities - Section Leadership

- Take complete charge of the Chinese cuisine section — including wok, steamers, grills, and fryers
- Prepare mise-en-place for all Chinese dishes before service begins
- Ensure all dishes are prepared consistently following standardized recipes

Food Preparation & Cooking
- Expertly cook Chinese dishes including appetizers, main courses, noodles, and rice
- Manage multiple woks simultaneously during peak service hours
- Master authentic cooking techniques:



stir-frying, deep-frying, steaming, braising, and roasting
- Maintain proper wok temperature control and ingredient timing for optimal flavor

Quality Control & Consistency
- Ensure every Chinese dish leaving the kitchen meets Carnivale's quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Check ingredient quality, freshness, and proper storage
- Maintain portion control and plating consistency for all dishes

Kitchen Operations Support
- Assist Sous Chef and Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Help maintain Chinese section inventory and report low-stock items
- Follow food safety protocols including temperature logs and cleanliness standards

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
