We’re Hiring: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

VentiveIQ is building a next-generation cookieless identity resolution and audience intelligence platform that enables brands, agencies, and publishers to activate first-party data responsibly while delivering privacy-first insights.

We’re looking for an experienced technology executive to define our long-term technology vision, lead engineering, and architect a highly scalable SaaS platform. The CTO will work closely with the founders to translate business strategy into innovative products while ensuring security, resilience, and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Defining technology vision and architecture
- Leading software engineering, data engineering, DevOps, QA, and security
- Building identity resolution, audience intelligence, and API capabilities
- Championing cloud-native architecture, automation, and observability
- Partnering with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
- Driving AI and data innovation
- Establishing engineering governance and mentoring leaders
- Ensuring privacy-by-design across the platform

What We’re Looking For:





- 12+ years in software engineering, including executive leadership
- Experience scaling enterprise SaaS and distributed systems
- Expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, APIs, and microservices
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity and secure SDLC
- Excellent stakeholder and people leadership skills

Preferred Experience:

- AdTech, MarTech, or CDP experience
- Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and DPDP
- Experience with ML, graph databases, or streaming

- Launch a scalable product roadmap
- Build a high-performing engineering organization
- Strengthen security, reliability, and compliance
- Establish engineering processes that support rapid growth
