Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full time, in office leadership role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and customer delivery. The COO will implement and optimize operational processes, ensure production efficiency, and maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

This role involves leading cross-functional teams, setting performance targets, managing budgets, and aligning operations with the company’s strategic business plan. The COO will collaborate closely with the executive team on growth initiatives, capacity planning, and expansion into new markets.



Additional responsibilities include monitoring key operational metrics, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong Business Planning and strategic leadership skills, with experience developing and executing long-term operational roadmaps.
- Proven expertise in Operations Management, including manufacturing oversight, process optimization, and supply chain coordination.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Budgeting, with experience managing operational budgets and cost-control initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably in construction materials or related sectors.
- Ability to lead and develop diverse teams, build strong cross-functional relationships, and drive change management effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with vendors and key customers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
