Role Overview

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to work closely with the Founder in building the operational foundation of Blake Atlantic Group. The COO will oversee day-to-day operations, establish scalable systems, drive execution across initiatives, and help support the firm’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
- Build scalable processes, systems, and internal governance.
- Oversee cross-functional operations and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor business performance through KPIs and operational reporting.
- Support acquisitions, integrations, and current business launches.
- Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
- Work closely with external partners, advisors, and portfolio companies.
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and risk management.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in executive leadership, operations, consulting, or private equity-backed businesses.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
- Experience building and scaling organizations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
