I am looking for a visionary operator and second-in-command to help me scale Awaken Jewels into India’s definitive lab-grown luxury brand.

We have the product and the market momentum.

Now, I need a heavyweight COO who shares my exact vision for the brand- someone ready to take total ownership, build upon our foundation, and drive this company forward as if it were their own.

The Mandate

As COO, you will own the daily execution and strategic expansion of the business, reporting directly to me. Your domain will cover:

▪️ Omnichannel & Retail Expansion: Spearhead our leap from a pure D2C powerhouse into offline retail—identifying key markets, securing premium placements, and launching our physical storefronts

.▪️ End-to-End Supply Chain: Managing our hybrid manufacturing model (in-house CAD to vendor execution) with zero-defect quality contro l.▪️ D2C Infrastructure: Scaling our logistics, inventory vault management, and VIP customer concierge syste ms.▪️ System Building: Implementing relentless SOPs across tech (Zoho CRM, Meta, Shopify) and daily operati ons.▪️ P&L; & Growth: Driving consistent, profitable top-line growth while optimizing our operational b urn.

An alumnus of a premier institution (IIT / IIM) with a highly analytical mind, ready to build scalable infrastructure and retail footprints from the gro un d up.OR2️⃣ The Battle-Tested Operator: A seasoned leader with 5+ years of senior operational experience in D2C, retail, or luxury, backed by a proven track record of driving consistent, year-over-year compan y growth.
