We are looking for a seasoned Chief Manufacturing Officer to own end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple plants. This is a P&L; accountability role not a functional head position. The CMO will be responsible for production output, operational efficiency, cost, quality, and business outcomes, reporting directly to the Promoter/MD.

Key Responsibilities

- Own full P&L;, EBITDA targets, and Capex planning across manufacturing units

- Lead multi-plant operations production, maintenance, quality, SCM, EHS, and IE functions

- Drive Lean, TPM, and continuous improvement programs with measurable outcomes

- Develop and execute annual operating plans and capital investment roadmaps

- Build and lead a high-performance manufacturing leadership team (300+ headcount)

- Implement Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing initiatives across plants

- Ensure IATF/ISO compliance and customer audit readiness at all times

- Collaborate with business heads on capacity planning, new product launches, and customer delivery commitments





What We're Looking For

- 18–24 years in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a Plant Head / GM / SBU Head role

- Demonstrated P&L; ownership — not just cost centre management

- Proven multi-plant leadership experience

- Robust Lean/TPM background — hands-on, not just certification-level

- SAP or equivalent ERP exposure mandatory

- Anti-jugaad mindset — you build systems, not workarounds

- Willing to be based in Aligarh, UP (relocation support available)

Preferred Background: Automotive, Forging, Precision Machining, Rubber & Polymer, Capital Equipment, or Industrial Engineering sectors
