This is a senior-most marketing mandate at a brand that is scaling aggressively and has an ambitious multi-fold growth plan over the next 2-3 years. This is a build mandate, not a maintenance one. You're not stepping into a well-oiled machine to keep it running — you're the senior-most marketing voice helping architect the next phase of growth.

What We're Looking For

- 20-25 years of experience as a seasoned marketing leader
- Marketing-heavy, not brand-heavy — a track record of driving measurable business growth through marketing, not just custodianship of brand equity
- Equally solid across online and offline — this is non-negotiable; we're not looking for a digital-only or retail-only leader
- Sharp digital, creative, and aesthetic sensibility — comfortable operating close to the creative product, not just the numbers
- Background in fast-moving, high-velocity, new-age consumer brands
- Experience in niche or considered-purchase categories, where marketing has a direct,



visible hand in driving business outcomes — not a category where the brand simply "sells itself"

Reporting Structure: Four functional heads report into this role — Brand, Digital/Online, Retail/Offline, and Creative. Each of these HODs is already well-established and experienced in their function. This is not a Head of Marketing role stepping in to build these teams from scratch — the leadership bench already exists. What's needed is a senior orchestrator who can set direction, raise the bar, and pull these functions together toward one growth story.
