Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Senior General Counsel to provide high-level legal oversight for a technology platform operating in the gig-economy space. The role involves shaping legal strategy and ensuring compliance for a rapidly expanding AI-driven platform with global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead all legal matters including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management for a high-growth platform.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, including vendor agreements, partnership deals, and commercial contracts.
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior leadership on emerging legal risks in the gig-economy and AI sectors.
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution, including coordinating with external counsel and representing the company in legal proceedings.
- Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with international laws, including data privacy, consumer protection, and employment regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of legal experience,



with at least 5 years in a senior legal advisory role.
- Strong expertise in corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance within technology or gig-economy platforms.
- Experience advising on AI-related legal issues, including data privacy, intellectual property, and ethical considerations.
- Proven ability to manage cross-border legal matters and advise on international regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts for non-legal stakeholders.
