We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and technology governance while ensuring operational excellence, innovation, and business growth.

Role Overview The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will be responsible for defining and executing the organization's IT vision, driving enterprise-wide digital transformation, and ensuring the security, scalability, and reliability of Cyfuture’s technology ecosystem. The CIO will collaborate closely with the CEO, executive leadership, and business stakeholders to align technology investments with strategic business objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive leadership experience in the IT/Technology industry with deep expertise in Enterprise IT, Cloud Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Data Centers, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Applications, IT Governance, and Technology Operations.

Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and execute the organization's long-term IT strategy aligned with business goals.
- Define technology roadmaps that support innovation, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on emerging technologies and digital initiatives.
- Lead enterprise-wide technology transformation programs.

Enterprise IT Operations

- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of all business-critical systems.
- Manage enterprise networks, servers, storage, virtualization, collaboration platforms, and end-user computing.
- Drive IT service excellence through effective governance and operational best practices.

Cloud & Data Center Strategy

- Lead hybrid and multi-cloud transformation initiatives.
- Define cloud governance, architecture, and optimization strategies.




- Oversee enterprise data center operations, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Ensure infrastructure supports business growth and customer service delivery.

Cyber Security & Risk Management

- Establish enterprise-wide cyber security strategy and governance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security frameworks.
- Lead initiatives around Identity & Access Management (IAM), SOC operations, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Develop business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.

Digital Transformation

- Drive enterprise automation and modernization initiatives.
- Lead adoption of AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, RPA, and emerging technologies to improve business outcomes.
- Champion innovation across business functions through technology enablement.
- Evaluate and implement next-generation enterprise platforms.

Enterprise Applications

- Oversee ERP, CRM, HRMS, Finance Systems, ITSM platforms, and collaboration tools.
- Ensure seamless integration between enterprise applications.
- Improve business process efficiency through technology adoption.

IT Governance & Compliance

- Establish enterprise IT governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop IT policies, risk management frameworks, and audit controls.
- Manage vendor governance and technology procurement.

Financial & Vendor Management

- Develop and manage enterprise IT budgets.
- Optimize technology investments and operational costs.
- Manage strategic relationships with technology partners, OEMs, cloud providers, and system integrators.
- Negotiate enterprise technology contracts.

Leadership & Talent Development

- Build and mentor high-performing technology leadership teams.
- Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Drive succession planning and capability development across IT functions.

Mandatory Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science/IT/Electronics)



or MCA.
- MBA or Executive Management qualification preferred.
- 18–25+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
- Proven experience as CIO, Head of IT, VP Technology, or equivalent leadership role.
- Extensive experience in the IT Services, Cloud, Data Center, Digital Transformation, Managed Services, or Telecom industry.
- Strong exposure to enterprise-scale IT infrastructure and digital transformation programs.
