Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement information security policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage cybersecurity risks and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., TISAX,GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST).
- Lead security awareness training programs.
- Oversee security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security measures.
- Manage incident response and disaster recovery plans.
- Report security status and risks to senior leadership.
- ? Mandatory Requirements :

?In-depth understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management .

? Experience with data protection laws, privacy governance, and regulatory compliance.

? Solid leadership, communication, and advisory skills.

?Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH (preferred)

?Additional certifications like CIPP/E, CIPM, CDPO (preferred)
