We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization's financial strategy, governance, fundraising initiatives, and IPO readiness while supporting our next phase of accelerated growth.
Role Overview The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for driving the overall financial strategy, ensuring robust financial governance, and enabling sustainable business growth. The role requires a seasoned finance leader with extensive experience in Finance & Accounts, Fund Raising, IPO Readiness, Auditing, Regulatory Compliance, and Strategic Financial Planning within the IT/Technology industry.
The CFO will work closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, investors, auditors, banks, and key stakeholders to strengthen Cyfuture's financial position and prepare the organization for future capital market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership
Develop and execute the company's long-term financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on financial planning, investments, and growth initiatives.
Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
Drive profitability, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth. Finance & Accounts
Oversee the entire Finance & Accounts function, including:
Financial Reporting
General Accounting
Taxation
Treasury
Cash Flow Management
Cost Control
Working Capital Management
Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Strengthen financial controls and governance across the organization. Fund Raising & Investor Relations
Lead equity and debt fundraising initiatives.
Build relationships with banks, financial institutions, PE/VC investors, and strategic investors.
Evaluate funding structures and optimize capital allocation.
Manage investor communication and financial due diligence processes.
Lead negotiations with lenders and investment partners. IPO Readiness
Drive the organization's IPO preparation strategy.
Establish financial reporting frameworks aligned with SEBI regulations and public company standards.
Coordinate with investment bankers, legal advisors, merchant bankers, auditors, registrars, and regulatory authorities.
Lead financial due diligence and IPO documentation.
Develop governance structures required for a listed organization. Audit & Compliance

Develop risk mitigation strategies covering financial, regulatory, and operational risks.
Optimize working capital and cash flow management. Leadership & Team Management
Build and mentor a high-performing finance organization.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Legal, HR, Sales, Procurement, and Operations.
Foster a culture of governance, accountability,
and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
18–25+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts.
Significant leadership experience as CFO, Finance Director, VP Finance, or equivalent.
Extensive experience in the IT, Technology Services, Cloud, Digital Transformation, Telecom, SaaS, or Data Center industry.
Proven experience in Fund Raising (Debt & Equity).
Hands-on experience in IPO Readiness and public market preparation.
Solid experience managing statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory compliance.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic financial planning and business partnering.

Exposure to M&A;, acquisitions, business restructuring, and strategic investments.
Experience interacting with Boards, investors, private equity firms, and investment bankers.
Experience managing multi-entity and multi-location finance operations.
