Financial
Strategy & Planning - Develop long-term financial models for venue projects.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. 2.
Project
Finance & Fundraising - Secure debt, equity, and structured finance for venue development.
- Engage banks, PE funds, family offices, sovereign funds, and strategic investors.
- Lead fundraising and capital deployment strategies.
- Commercial & Investment Analysis - Evaluate venue investment opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility studies and ROI assessments.
- Monitor project economics and profitability. 4.
Financial
Governance & Compliance - Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, taxation, and accounting standards.
