Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization's Finance function and drive long-term financial growth. Reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Directors, the CFO will be responsible for shaping the company's financial strategy, strengthening governance, managing capital planning, leading fundraising initiatives, driving IPO readiness, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the organization.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Finance & Accounts, Corporate Finance, Fund Raising, Treasury, Investor Relations, Financial Planning, Risk Management, and IPO Preparation, while partnering with executive leadership to support business expansion, improve financial performance, and build sustainable shareholder value. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Leadership
Develop and execute the organization's long-term financial strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
Serve as a strategic financial advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership.
Lead annual budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and business performance management.
Drive profitability, capital efficiency, and long-term value creation through data-driven financial decision-making.
Finance & Accounts
Lead the end-to-end Finance & Accounts function including Financial Reporting, General Accounting, Taxation, Treasury, Cash Flow Management, Working Capital, Cost Control, and Financial Governance.
Ensure timely preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure the integrity, transparency, and accuracy of financial reporting.
Fund Raising & Investor Relations
Lead debt and equity fundraising initiatives to support business expansion and strategic investments.
Develop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions,
private equity firms, venture capital funds, and strategic investors.
Structure financing arrangements, negotiate funding terms, and optimize capital allocation.
Manage investor communication, financial due diligence, and stakeholder engagement.
IPO Readiness & Capital Market Strategy
Drive the organization's IPO strategy and readiness program.
Coordinate with investment bankers, merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, registrars, and regulatory authorities.
Lead financial due diligence, IPO documentation, valuation support, and public listing preparation.
Establish governance frameworks aligned with SEBI regulations and public company standards.
Audit, Compliance & Corporate Governance
Lead statutory, internal, tax, and regulatory audits.
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, FEMA, RBI Guidelines, IND AS, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Strengthen enterprise-wide financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and regulatory reporting requirements.
Business Finance & Commercial Strategy
Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial performance across business units.
Support pricing strategies, commercial negotiations, profitability analysis, and business expansion initiatives.
Monitor financial KPIs and provide strategic insights to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
Treasury & Risk Management
Lead treasury operations, liquidity planning, investment management, and working capital optimization.
Develop financial risk mitigation strategies covering operational, regulatory, investment, and market risks.
Ensure efficient utilization of financial resources while maintaining adequate liquidity.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance organization.
Collaborate with executive leadership, Legal, HR, Sales, Procurement, Operations, auditors, investors, lenders, and regulatory authorities.
Represent the finance function during Board meetings, investor discussions,
and strategic business reviews.

Qualifications & Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution will be an added advantage.
10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance & Accounts, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Fund Raising, and Financial Strategy.
Proven experience as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Finance Director, Vice President – Finance, or equivalent leadership role.
Hands-on expertise in Debt & Equity Fund Raising and IPO Readiness is mandatory.
Strong experience in statutory audits, regulatory compliance, financial governance, and investor management.
Experience in IT Services, Cloud Computing, AI, Digital Transformation, Telecom, SaaS, Data Centre, or Technology organizations will be highly preferred.
Exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;), strategic investments, business restructuring, and multi-entity finance operations will be an added advantage.
