Role Summary The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) provides strategic leadership to drive business growth, profitability, and operational excellence across Macis Pasmart's retail and franchise network. The CEO leads the executive team, executes long-term business strategies, and drives sustainable expansion while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & Operations

· Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and long-term business growth plans.

· Drive profitability through effective financial planning, budgeting, and performance management.

· Oversee retail operations, franchise expansion, and operational excellence across all business units.

· Lead sales, marketing, and digital transformation initiatives to strengthen brand presence and customer experience.

· Ensure regulatory compliance, governance, and high standards of customer satisfaction.

2. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

· Lead, mentor, and develop the executive leadership team to build a high-performance culture.





· Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key business stakeholders and franchise partners.

· Build strong relationships with the Board of Directors, investors, vendors, and external stakeholders.

· Represent the organization in business meetings, industry events, and strategic collaborations.

· Drive sustainable business growth through innovation, effective governance, and strong leadership.

Qualifications · MBA in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent preferred.

· 15+ years of leadership experience, experience in senior management, with proven expertise in retail/FMCG, franchise operations, multi-location business management, P&L; ownership, and leading large teams.
