About the Opportunity

We are building an ambitious new media venture focused on architecture, design, innovation, technology and the creative industries.

Currently operating in stealth mode, this venture is backed by an established entrepreneur with extensive experience in the design ecosystem and a long-term vision of creating one of India's most influential media and community platforms.

Our ambition extends far beyond publishing. We are creating an ecosystem that will bring together thought leadership, editorial excellence, industry recognition, awards, events, strategic collaborations and a thriving creative community.

We are looking for our first founding leadership hire to help shape this journey from day one.

The Opportunity

This is not a conventional editorial role.

You won't simply be writing articles or managing social media.

You will work directly with the founder to transform ideas into a nationally recognised media platform.

From launching industry awards and large-scale initiatives to shaping editorial strategy, brand identity, partnerships and audience growth, you will play a defining role in building a company from the ground up.

As the venture grows, you will become one of its public representatives, helping establish its credibility, voice and influence within the industry.

Your ResponsibilitiesEditorial Leadership

- Define and execute the editorial vision of the platform.
- Curate compelling stories, interviews, features and thought leadership.




- Build editorial calendars and publishing workflows.
- Maintain exceptional quality, consistency and editorial standards.

Brand Building
- Establish a trusted and respected media brand.
- Build a solid digital presence across social media and future publishing channels.
- Grow and engage a community of architects, designers, brands and creative professionals.
- Develop the overall voice, personality and positioning of the platform.

Awards & Industry Initiatives
- Conceptualise and execute industry awards and recognition programmes.
- Develop nomination processes, jury frameworks and award categories.
- Coordinate with leading professionals, institutions and collaborators.
- Build long-term credibility for these initiatives.

Events & Community
- Plan webinars, networking events, panel discussions and industry gatherings.
- Build strategic collaborations with brands, institutions and creative organisations.
- Expand the venture through meaningful community engagement.

Business Development & Growth
- Identify sponsorship, partnership and collaboration opportunities.
- Contribute to new business ideas and revenue streams.
- Support the launch of future initiatives as the organisation grows.

Operations
- Coordinate contributors, freelancers and creative partners.
- Build systems, workflows and operational processes.
- Ensure projects move efficiently from concept to execution.
