Job Title: Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) : As the Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), I established the company with a vision to deliver high-quality products and sustainable business growth. I am responsible for defining the organization's mission, strategic direction, and long-term objectives while ensuring that all business activities align with the company's goals and values. I oversee the overall operations of the company, including production, finance, human resources, sales and marketing, supply chain, procurement, quality assurance, research and development, information technology, and customer service.

I work closely with department heads to improve operational efficiency, increase productivity, and maintain high standards of quality across all business functions. My responsibilities include developing business strategies, identifying new market opportunities, managing financial performance, approving budgets, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs),



and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. I also build relationships with clients, suppliers, investors, and other stakeholders to strengthen the company's market position and support long-term success.

In addition, I lead organizational decision-making, foster innovation, promote teamwork, mentor employees, manage risks, and ensure customer satisfaction through continuous improvement. I represent the company in business meetings, partnerships, and public engagements while driving sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Pay: ₹14,904.76 - ₹102,356.66 per month
